ABOUT US
Lived Experience Meets Luxury Support.
More than a "by-the-book" service
SUPPORT DESIGNED AROUND YOU.
about us
At VISPA Supports, we put our participants at the heart of everything we do. We know that reliable, respectful and consistent support is essential for people to feel safe, build trust and achieve their goals.
Our journey started when Chloe left her role as a Support Worker to go on maternity leave, yet her clients didn’t want to let her go! Their trust and loyalty inspired us to start something more permanent.
Continuing to be actively involved in every facet of
VISPA Supports, Chloe leads a small, qualified, and experienced team - many who are carers for loved-ones and personal insight into the NDIS. It is with this advantage, we've designed a service model that focusses on what
you need to achieve your goals in a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment.
Your care is only as good as the people delivering it.
we make sure ours are the best.
At VISPA Supports, you’re not just a participant on a roster; you’re a person with strengths, dreams, and your own way of living. We listen and learn to adapt to what works for you — not the other way around. Our role is to consistently support you in an empowering environment; one where you feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely heard, without ever having to fight to be understood.
And to make sure that experience is felt every day, you’re supported by a dedicated, hands-on management team:
Client Services Manager
Your point of contact for all things participant-related. This manager listens to your needs, coordinates your plan, and ensures your supports are tailored to you.
Staffing Manager
Works closely with our Client Services Manager to select, train and match support workers who truly fit your personality, goals and routines. This means you’ll see familiar faces, not a revolving door of staff.
Together, our managers provide consistent staff-to-client matching, so you can build genuine, trusting relationships with your support workers.
Every team member has:
- At least 2 years' experience
- A Certificate III in Disability Support (minimum)
- Industry recognised qualifications
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current First Aid & CPR certifications
- Comprehensive background checks
We believe in upfront, fair pricing with no surprises.
All our services are billed in line with the NDIS Price Guide, and all our support workers are paid according to the SCHADS Award. Every participant is charged the same fair rates, with funding categories clearly stated on each invoice, so you always know exactly what’s being claimed and why.
